Return Policy

We want you to be stoked on our gear! But if for some reason things don’t work out, then we want you to be equally stoked on our exceptional customer service.

If you purchased a product directly from us here at maddenequipment.com and you are not satisfied for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days in the condition you received it and we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the product.

Madden Equipment products that are purchased from a retail outlet should be returned to the original place of purchase.

If you wish to return your product, email us at customerservice@maddenequipment.com with your name, order number, reason for return, and items you wish to return. We will then contact you with further instructions for the return.

Repairs

If your Madden Equipment product needs service or repair for a reason that is not covered under our warranty, we will provide the necessary service for a reasonable charge and a fee will be charged for return shipping. Please email us at customerservice@maddenequipment.com and we’ll be sure to contact you with an estimate of the repair charges. Please provide a description of the area to be repaired and, if possible, include a photo.
